Data Protection Notice

We place highest priority on the protection of your personal data. As a company, we are subject to the regulations set forth in the German Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). By means of technical and organizational measures, we seek to assure that we comply with the provisions related to data protection as well as that compliance is also assured by external companies working with us.


Content : Personal Data

Personal data means any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person, § 3 BDSG. This is, for example, your name, address or telephone number. Under certain circumstances, your IP address can also be personal data.


No Data Storage in Cookies

We do not store any Cookies.


Use of the Websites

You can generally use our offerings without revealing your personal data. Insofar as you order a product or request production information, we will require your correct name and other personal data. The provision of this data is completely voluntary! Should you not wish to state any personal data, you are free to do so. However, we reserve the right not to send any products or product information to an address which states clearly incorrect information or which is incorrect.

The data transferred by you shall not be stored on Internet servers but shall only be stored locally. Access thereto is only possible for a limited number of persons. Insofar as data is stored on the servers of our provider which could permit a personalization – for example, IP addresses, date and time of the viewed sites – no personal utilization shall occur. Only anonymous data approaches shall be used for statistical evaluation.


No Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

We do not transfer any personal data to third parties if you have not granted your express consent hereto.

Should data be transmitted to third parties within the framework of the contract data processing, these parties shall also be bound to the provisions of the BDSG, TMG, Interstate Broadcasting Agreement (RStV) or any other data protection provisions and they have recognized our data protection notice.

Should we be obligated to transmit information by law or by Court order, we then must transmit your data to the office entitled to such information.


Right of Revocation

Pursuant to § 13, para. 3 TMG, reference is expressly made herewith to your right of revocation. Insofar as you transmit or have transmitted personal data to Aulinger Rechtsanwälte I Notare, you can revoke the storage at any time and demand the deletion thereof. Accounting data or details for accounting or tax purposes remain unaffected by a deletion. For revocation, please use our Contact page.


Data of Minors

Minors or persons having limited legal capacity should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents.


Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider of this service is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. Cookies are text files, which are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of the use of the website by users. The information generated by cookies on your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the United States, where it is stored.

Contract data processing

We have executed a contract data processing agreement with Google and are implementing the stringent provisions of the German data protection agencies to the fullest when using Google Analytics.

Demographic parameters provided by Google Analytics

This website uses the function “demographic parameters” provided by Google Analytics. It makes it possible to generate reports providing information on the age, gender and interests of website visitors. The sources of this information are interest-related advertising by Google as well as visitor data obtained from third party providers. This data cannot be allocated to a specific individual. You have the option to deactivate this function at any time by making pertinent settings changes for advertising in your Google account or you can generally prohibit the recording of your data by Google Analytics as explained in section “Objection to the recording of data.”

Archiving period
